Enhance the flavor of this bold spice by adding a pinch of salt or create a delicious rub by mixing equal parts salt, sugar, and spice.
Clumping can occur and is completely normal. Our spices are ground fresh so they will still contain their essential oils and we do not use any salt or anti caking agents.

I used the Marrakesh Sitar on a dish I baked with zucchini, summer squash, mushrooms, tomatoes and olives with pork **** chops. I rubbed both sides of the **** chops and sliced them and mixed with the veggies with feta melted on top. Delicious spice and wonderfully savory and fragrant.
