Mombacho Café - Roasted garlic, Citrus zest, with a touch of Espresso$8.99
Mombacho Café is a Nicaraguan espresso-citrus adobo inspired by an adventure through Mombacho Volcano's coffee plantation and the grilled street food of Granada. Subtle hints of espresso, garlic, cumin, oregano and citrus pair very nicely with pork and chicken. This spice blend is made for the BBQ lover, crafted to let the meat itself shine through. Also delicious in braises, beans, rice and many other dishes. Try this recipe!
We always grind in small batches from the freshest spices imaginable.
Enhance the flavor of this bold spice by adding a pinch of salt or create a delicious rub by mixing equal parts salt, sugar, and spice.
Clumping can occur and is completely normal. Our spices are ground fresh so they will still contain their essential oils and we do not use any salt or anti caking agents.

Easy to follow recipe. The spice mix is very ( South of the Border) in taste. Delicious!!! As soon as you put the spice mix into the chicken, and it warms up...Heavenly scents erupt! This was even better the second day, reheated. I'd put this in a tortilla!! Perfect on rice.
I followed the Spice Tribe recipe for the pork chops which turned our excellent. Nice fragrant spice that went nicely with the pork. Will be making this again.
The flavor is indescribable . . . . you just have to try it. I have used it in soups (Sweet Potato soup, Butternut Squash soup, and Mediterranean Lentil soup). Also used as part of marinade on pork tenderloin. All absolutely delicious and others are requesting my recipes!
Brisket made with Mombacho Cafe was STRAIGHT BOMB!!
I'm loving my spices I bought. I made a vinaigrette with Mombacho to put on a quinoa bowl. It was so delicious!
